PETSHOP Online is a 100% Irish Owned business established in 2010. The goal in mind was the sell pet products and supplies online offering fast delivery to our customers' home or workplace. To begin with we had planned to only sell online but then the phone calls began from our Monaghan locals, wanting to come in and view our products. In 2011 we decided to open our store doors to the general public. In turn we realised that we need to ensure that all our products online were well described, with the hope that our online customers felt that they had all the information they needed to be confident with their purchase.
From there we learned about what pet owners were looking for and began constantly increasing our product ranges.
In 2013 we moved to a larger unit, 3 times the size of our first venture location.
Pet Shop Online's number one goal is keeping our loyal customers happy. We have always been known for offering great customer service and once we keep that going, the world is our oyster!
We try our best to ensure that all orders are dispatched the day that they are received and use a courier company to then pick them up for next day delivery. We also ensure that all customer queries are answered quickly and any problems are dealt with asap.
